No other contact lens currently offers these advantages. Summary The Online Marketing Associate is responsible for executing and maintaining online marketing initiatives, including but not limited to management of corporate and brand websites, social media content, Google advertising and e-mail marketing campaigns.  

Responsibilities 

  • Website Development:  Works with outside agencies to develop and maintain SynergEyes websites.

  • E-mail Marketing:  Administers the creation and deployment of direct marketing initiatives, including but not limited to regularly-scheduled e-newsletters, e-blasts, and other customer communications. Analyzes results and makes recommendations based on findings.  

  • Social Media:  Manage and optimize social network presence. Head creation and deployment of all social media activations and marketing campaigns (integration with YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and user-generated and -supplied content submissions.)

  • Performs continual research and implementation of current trends and strategies to maximize resources for enhanced marketing effectiveness and efficiencies.

  • Marketing Analytics:  Track and report campaign and website performance utilizing Google Analytics and other analytics tools to assess and optimize campaign performance.

  • Doctor Locator: Update and maintain doctor locator databases on multiple websites.

  

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required 

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in computer science, MIS, or creative arts (digital-specific), or related experience.

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in creation, deployment and maintenance of websites, eblast campaigns and social media pages.

  • Understanding, knowledge base and skills, and desire to work with Flash, Html and .php, conversant on CMS systems such as Drupal and/or other content management systems.

  • Ideal candidate will be proficient in several of the digital development creative applications using Adobe products, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Contribute and After Effects. 

  • Experience working with video creation and editing and motion graphic design is preferred.

  • Strong writing, analytical, communications and organizational skills.Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment working on multiple projects at the same time.

  • Must be comfortable engaging and managing third-party agencies and vendors.
        
  • Ability to take direction or work autonomously when needed.
